Meet The Team

Karin opened Total Body Wellness LLC in 2007 after realizing the high demand for a clinic that specialized in successful, non-invasive approaches to pain management. Her Health Science background includes advanced training in anatomy, physiology and kinesiology from The Healing Arts Center where she graduated in 1997. She went on to earn her Masters and became one of the few Medical Massage Practitioners in the state. Karin was the program director for a healthcare college and has also served on staff at Mercy Hospital, St Luke’s Outpatient Rehabilitation and BJC Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. She had the privilege of studying directly under an expert in the fascial system, Dr. Antonio Stecco, a researcher and surgeon from Italy. This intense training earned her an advanced certification treating musculoskeletal pain. Her extensive knowledge of the body coupled with the years of experience, allows her to provide leading edge treatments, that are highly effective in treating chronic and acute pain. Karin is committed to bringing you excellence in pain management and exceptional patient care.

Megan is one of the top PTAs in the Midwest. She completed the Physical Therapy program and received her PTA license in 2017 from the National Board of Healing Arts. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, outpatient services and skilled nursing. The passion she has for manual therapy/ soft tissue work was discovered during her training at the manual therapy clinic. Megan’s total experience also includes functional fitness which has prepared her for treating chronic and acute pain, while educating her patients to help prevent future injuries. Her exceptional ability to take each patients health needs and comorbidities into consideration, allows her to provide you with a plan to reach the best possible outcome for your individual goals.
